Multiple sample processing modes including sealed stainless steel jar milling in volumes up to 50 mL, cryogenic milling in stainless steel jars for dissociation of tough materials, or heat-sensitive analytes. Supports well plate homogenizing in standard SBS format 1 mL, 2 mL, and standard well plates, bead beating in sealed microcentrifuge or screw cap tubes up to 48 samples per run. Digital controls ensure reproducibility and large processing swath ensures high impact forces to dissociate even the toughest samples. 30 Hz frequency ensures rapid sample processing.
Application
High-throughput, diverse applications including dry grinding of grains, particle size reduction, dissociation of plastics, plants, seeds, paper products, drugs, and cryo-milling for cannabis processing.
Optional Well Plate Adapter Set holds well plates or racks of strip well tubes securely during processing. Contains: two pairs of anodized aluminum plates. Each pair will hold 3 x standard well plates, 2 x 1 mL deep well plates or 1 x 2 mL deep well plates. A total of six standard well plates, 4 x 1 mL well plates, or 2 x 2 mL deep well plates can be processed in a single run using the well plate adapter set on the Bead Ruptor 96.
