What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item has been damaged during shipping or transit, please call customer service (1-800-522-8477) as soon as the damage is discovered.- Note if the shipping box or packaging is damaged or opened.
- Note if items inside are cracked or broken.
- Keep all of the original packaging material until the damage claim is resolved.
- An item has broken after use or is not operating correctly.
- The item appears to not be made properly or the protective packaging is damaged.
- Note the product name/item number and describe the defective part.
How do I find specific information about a product?
